World Slasher Cup 1 2020 survivors ready for semi-final

The 3-cock semi-finals of the World Slasher Cup are happening this January 22 to 23 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. A total of 99 entries are inching closer to winning the 2020 World Slasher Cup 9 – Cock Invitational Derby championship after surviving the 2-cock elimination rounds last January 20 and 21.

Among the top fighters battling it out in the semi-finals are previous World Slasher Cup champions Nene Araneta, Patrick Antonio, and Frank Berin, all with 2-0 records each after the elimination round. Nene Araneta will be defending his title as previous World Slasher Cup 2 champion, Patrick Antonio will be looking for his eight WSC championship, and Frank Berin will be gunning for his fourth championship.

Right behind them are 38 other entries that also scored flawless wins in the elimination rounds such as team San Agustin, Blue Max, Romhead, Darpy, and Stingray, among others. There will be 99 fights of the best cockers here and abroad in the thick of the semi-final rounds.

The winners of the semi-finals will move on to the 4-cock pre-finals on January 25, and then to the grand finals on January 26 where in a new World Slasher Cup champion will be crowned.
